Doing A Broadway Musical … Day 5

We began the day reviewing the many layers we have already been given which we must learn so well that it becomes second nature and the only way to do that is to repeat over and over “ad in ex austium” … forgive me I was never very good in Latin.

Nick began by saying that we would not add anything new but his joyful enthusiasm coupled by his overwhelming energy vibrating from every pore of his finely tuned and perfectly toned body … causing him to explode in ever inventive movements that leave us in awe. Needless to say we added even more to our plate of generously served choreography. In a moment of mad creativity Nick invited all of us to contribute a step so the variation got longer and one end was never enough … it came out rather well in fact … then the icing on the cake was more scooter time … I find that I have become a complete speed freak behind the wheel of the three wheeled ‘get about vehicle’ … Like Toad of Toad Hall … motorcar motorcar motorcar … 😛😛😜👹

Enough …

I have to fly to LA tonight to attend a Seminar of Independent Board Members so no blog tomorrow … back on Friday.

Gotta go, GOTTA DANCE.

Stefanie

  2. I love hearing about your choreography. Sounds amazing. I cannot wait to see the play! I give you credit for flying to LA and back again. WOW, that must be exhausting. Please make sure you get the proper rest. 🙂
I line dance and we learned a new dance last night at class that was really confusing. It had a lot of turns but I loved it. I think I mastered it by the time the target song was played. It was a great feeling. I hope I remember it in 2 weeks when we have class again. 🙂 Keep up the great work! Hugs!

  7. Bonjour Stéfanie, je suis française et j’habite une ville que vous devez connaître : Dijon capitale de la Bourgogne.
I don’t speak very well English , but your blog allows me to improve myself . I admire you very much for your career , your energy and your commitment to wildlife . Hart to Hart is my favorite show. When I ‘m depressed by the world we live in, I like to watch an episode. It is like immersing myself in the innocence of my childhood, I ‘m full of humor and love and I can go out again to face the world. Thank you for all that you do for this planet , what you are and what you give us. I think people like you make the world more beautiful. I wish you a lot of courage for rehearsals and a huge success in this new show.
    Peace and love
